What is included in the purchase?
“jyri363 Bonus Pricing Pro” is a WooCommerce pricing add-on plugin. The purchase includes the option to download the plugin, a licence key, and the right to update and support service for one year on the number of websites specified in the selected package. Packages and Validity Period
- 1-site package: right to update and support service on one website.
- 5-site package: the same right on up to five websites.
- 25-site package: the same right on up to 25 websites.
The start and end dates of the annual right must be indicated in the order confirmation or licence details. [CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: does the year start from payment confirmation or key issuance, and add the exact rule here.] There is no automatic renewal or recurring payment. Renewal takes place with a new order from the buyer.
Usage and Technical Requirements
Pro requires WordPress, WooCommerce, and the jyri363 Bonus Pricing Free plugin. With the current Free 1.0.3 and Pro 1.0.4 packages, the minimum requirements are WordPress 6.2, WooCommerce 8.0, and PHP 8.3. For secure use, we recommend maintained versions. Web hosting and paid third-party plugins are not included in the price.
Before updating a production environment, create a backup and test with your theme and other plugins. WPML and Extra Product Options integrations are supported in the code, but seamless operation with every third-party combination cannot be guaranteed. This does not release the seller from fulfilling promised functions or statutory liability.
Licence Key and Updates
The key is activated in the Pro settings. This links the update and support service right to the registered websites. To change a website, the current activation must be removed or customer support contacted. Do not publish the key in public code or screenshots. Licence verification may transmit the key, website address, activation ID, and software version to the seller’s server; details are in the privacy policy.
Upon expiry of the annual right, Pro functions are not remotely disabled. Use of the installed version may continue, but to receive new versions and standard user support, the update and support service right must be extended. Statutory compliance obligations do not cease as a result.
Software Licence and GPL
The software code is issued under the GNU GPL licence specified in the package. The paid annual package concerns the seller’s update service, licence server activations, and user support, not the revocation of rights granted under the GPL. The site count restriction describes the scope of the purchased service. All third-party licences specified in the code package remain valid.
User Support
Support is available via email at jyri363@glasspipers.eu. Support covers questions regarding installation and the use of package features, as well as resolving Pro error messages. Custom development, full website maintenance, and rewriting third-party code are services available by separate agreement. Please include your order number and a technical description; do not send passwords. The procedure for handling consumer complaints is outlined in the terms of sale.
Withdrawal and Defects
Consumers retain a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract in this sales model. Downloading the plugin or activating the key does not automatically constitute a waiver of the right of withdrawal. In the event of a legitimate withdrawal, the right to paid update and support service will be cancelled, and a refund will be arranged; rights to the software code granted under the GPL are handled separately. In the event of defects, the terms of sale and statutory remedies apply.
