Right of Withdrawal
A consumer purchasing outside the scope of their economic or professional activity has the right to withdraw from a digital licence purchase agreement without stating a reason within 14 days of concluding the agreement. Glasspipers retains this right even if the plugin or licence key has already been delivered. For purchases related to business activities, the consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
To withdraw, please send an unambiguous statement to Klaasistuudio Glasspipers OÜ via the web form, by email to jyri363@glasspipers.eu, or by post to Harju maakond, Tallinn, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Kopli tn 102a, 11711. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the 14-day period expires. Assistance can be requested by phone at +372 5808 6786, but for evidentiary purposes, we recommend a written or web-based statement.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a legitimate withdrawal, we will refund payments received without delay, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the statement, using the same payment method, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. The consumer will not incur any additional charges for the refund. For digital delivery, there are no return or postage costs associated with physical goods. The right to purchased update and support services will be cancelled; this text does not exclude rights arising from the GPL licence for software.
This page addresses the purchase of a digital product. For a physical artwork or glass piece, the deadline generally begins upon receipt of the goods; exceptions, delivery, and return costs must be presented in the sales terms for the respective item before ordering. The mere fact that a product is handmade does not automatically mean there is no right of withdrawal.

You do not need to log in to use the form. The reason for withdrawal is not requested. After confirmation, an acknowledgement of the statement will be displayed and a copy sent to your email. If the email does not arrive, please contact jyri363@glasspipers.eu. Registration of the statement does not trigger an automatic refund: the seller will verify the circumstances and arrange the refund.
