Our activities
We develop WordPress and WooCommerce software and offer the creation and maintenance of websites and online shops. In our online shop, we sell Bonus Pricing Pro digital software, which includes the right to updates and support services for one year. A separate quote can be requested for art and glasswork.
Questions and complaints
In the event of an issue with an order, licence, or download, or to file a complaint, please write to the email address provided above and include your order number. We will respond to consumer complaints in writing within 15 days at the latest. Please do not send your passwords, banking credentials, or API keys via email.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee or to a court of law. A withdrawal application can be submitted via the shop’s withdrawal page.
